Riverwalk

The Oakdale Riverwalk analyzes a possible use for the side of the Oakdale Shopping Center that sits adjacent to the Stanislaus River. This project proposes three multi-use buildings with apartments on the upper floors and retail on the lower levels. A riverwalk connects the structures, providing social gathering spaces for the community of Oakdale.
