Remodel of building lobby/reception area to increase privacy at reception area and provide a general refresh of spaces. Replacement of manufactured casework in existing operatory rooms and sterilization rooms. New dental equipment will replace existing in operatory rooms. Water, waste, dental air and vacuum utility requirements are anticipated to remain the same.
